EM-Contouring

The device generates high-intensity electromagnetic pulses that trigger repeated, powerful muscle contractions during the treatment. These contractions cannot be achieved voluntarily and correspond to an intensive training stimulus.

The treatment is carried out without needles, incisions or anaesthesia. The person being treated remains fully clothed, and the applicators are placed on the zone to be treated. One treatment takes 30 minutes per area.

EM-Contouring relies on one operating principle, four applicators and no add-on modules. The intelligent mode guides the team through the treatment, while experienced practitioners set the parameters themselves in expert mode. HI-EMT requires no consumables.

EM-Contouring works with HI-EMT (High-Intensity Focused Electro-Magnetic Technology), also known as HIFEM technology (high-intensity focused electromagnetism). The technology induces supramaximal muscle contractions that cannot be achieved through voluntary movement. During supramaximal contractions, the muscle tissue is forced to adapt to these extreme conditions.

The muscle responds with a profound restructuring of its internal structure: the growth of myofibrils (muscle hypertrophy) and the formation of new protein strands and muscle fibres (muscle hyperplasia). This process leads to increased muscle density and muscle volume.
