We keep your devices ready for use.

  • Repairs

    We repair SHR, IPL and diode laser devices as well as cryolipolysis, RF and cavitation devices from renowned manufacturers, in Germany and across Europe.

  • Maintenance

    Regular maintenance for your SHR, IPL and diode laser devices, also from other manufacturers.

  • Technical support

    A technical problem? Call us or send us pictures, for example of the display. We will call you back.

  • Needs analysis & valuation

    We inspect used devices with a detailed diagnosis, determine the market value and prepare a report on request.

  • Lamp refresh

    We test IPL xenon lamps and replace them in handpieces of various IPL and SHR devices.

  • Loan devices

    Ask us about a loan device so your studio can keep working during the repair.

    Appointment or shipping

    We arrange an appointment with our technician or you send the device or handpiece to our service centre in Berlin.

    Diagnosis & quote

    We inspect your device, document the findings and send you a quote.

  4. 04

    Repair

    After your approval we repair your device and agree return shipping or handover with you.
